Champenois on his mother’s side and Burgundian on his father’s side, Paul grew up with one foot in each of the world’s greatest terroirs. He follows a family tradition dating back to the early 18th century—precisely 11 generations—and, like his ancestors, aims to contribute to the growth of Champagne. Deeply attached to Parisian life, he enjoys recalling the lesser-known history of Champagne within the grand narrative, highlighting its presence at the heart of intrigues from the Ancien Régime, through the Empire, the Belle Époque, and the Liberation. Paul has thus positioned his brand within the dynamic landscape of 21st-century Paris, collaborating with creative industries such as Fashion, Art, and Cinema, as well as with both established and emerging institutions.
